ADELLE'S CHILI

This recipe is simple and quick and they'll think you are a gourmet cook!

Take #1 POUND OF YOUR BEST HAMBURGER and brown it with ONIONS and a small chopped up JALAPENO CHILI.

Add one packet of your favorite "CHILI SEASONING."

Add one can of red kidney beans (the larger one), one can of chili beans (the larger one), one can of tomatoes (reqular size)

Add chopped carrots, celery, bell pepper.

Add some chili powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste.  (Trick for spicy - one small sliced Jalapeno)

Add some water and turn on to high until the water is hot and then turn to medium or simmer and forget about it for 35-40 minutes.

That's it!

ADELLE'S GOURMET SPAGHETTI

(What makes it gourmet is the type of noodles you use.  I like the bow tie pasta)

Take #1 of your best hamburger and ground with onions, (optional) jalapeno chili.

Add Fresh chopped mushrooms and continue to brown.

Add one bottle of Ragu - (You choose the flavor)

Add one little can of tomato sauce or that amount of water.

Add a chopped bell pepper

Let the whole thing simmer.

Add cayenne to taste.  Usually doesn't need pepper or salt.

Pour over your noodles!

CRISPY WUN TUN

Buy the wrappers anywheres.

Make your stuffing:

A.    Cheese  (Take a little chunk of any kind of cheese - the favorite is cream cheese and you can add a little green onion - and put in the middle.)

B.    PORK. Take some farmer john's sausage (spicy or regular)
add chopped green onions, water chestnuts and chinese parsley and one egg. Mix it well)  Take a little scoop about 3/4 a teaspoon and put in the middle of the wrap.

C.    Hamburger.  If you use hamburger only use the best.  And it is better to cook the meat first until crumbly and get the grease out add the above ingredients.

What ever you put in the middle of the wrapper, just wet the ends and fold over to make a triangle.

That's it!

Deep fry.  And Voila! Crispy Wun Tuns

Quick and Easy Pasta

This actually came from my girl friend Sylva:

Take 3-4 cloves of garlic and mince.  1 onion chopped.
Saute until gold brown and the onions are nicely see through.

Take 3-4 tomatoes chopped and saute until the the tomatoes are soften and blend into chunks.  Let cook a few minutes only don't over cook.  Add fresh chopped basil leaves (and optional spinach) to cooked mixture.

Add salt, pepper and Cayenne pepper to taste!

Pour over your pasta!  What a great tasting dish with a green salad!

PINEAPPLE CREAM CAKE (No baking)
1. Sponge Cake
2. Can of crushed Pineapples
3. Large Tub of Whip Cream

Mike pineapples and Whip Cream together.

Cut sponge cake into three or four layers (if you have a steady hand)

Just layer the filling in between layers and if you have more whip cream  (add a little sugar) and use it to frost the entire cake.  Put it in the ice box and then serve!

THE ORIGINAL DUMP CAKE
1.  Box of yellow cake mix
2.  One 16 oz can of cherry pie filling
3.  One 16 oz can of crushed pineapples
4.  One stick of real butter
5.  Package of Walnuts

Grease the baking pan or put parchment paper in the bottom.  9x12

Dump can of cherry pie filling in Pan
Dump can of pineapples in Pan and spread evening.  You can add some crushed walnuts here too if you like.

Take cake mix and evenly distribute
over the entire mixture.
